It's a improvement and a disappointment compared to Crysis and Warhead
First the graphics.....
Get a high end computer to enjoy this game on DX11 Ultra settings with High Res Textures
Preferably i-5 cpu and gtx 580 or better
but without the new added features, dx9 Extreme settings with a quad core cpu and a gtx560ti you will be getting above 45 fps all the time 1080 resolution
if you have a low end computer with a gpu like 8800gt or under don't touch this game, it will be boring
Graphics are actually better than Crysis with everything turnt up, if crysis 2 was in the jungles it would be better, but it's not. Crysis is also more moddable, since SANDBOX EDITIOR 3 JUST CAME OUT
The single player... it's one of the best single player games I've played besides RPGs. However crysis was better (not warhead that was 5 hours) You will be enjoying the graphics and playing in few different ways, total stealth or action. The Nano Catalyst abilities (different abilities that helps you, you get them by killing aliens) are almost useless, didn't use it lol. The aliens are more boring compared to Crysis 1 now. It's about 6-7 hours on veteran difficulty. The ending was ok, but definitely set up for a sequel.
Multiplayer is alright, it's a heavy mix of call of duty and a little bit of Halo. The nanosuit is what makes the difference. It's just like other multiplayer shooters, but if you have a high end pc then play the multiplayer you will be very happy.
There are a lot of bad things about this game, one thing is no more open world sandbox, Crysis was more detailed because it was in the jungles and the beach, Crysis 2 is in new york. Same for multiplayer, no more big maps like Battlefield, just small-medium sized maps like CoD, but it's okay for most people. The freakin suit ability is also DUMBED DOWN. You can't toggle speed running, the passive speed ability is so damn slow.
Pros:
Better graphics than C1(debatable)
Replayable campaign (not so much compared to Crysis 1 and warhead)
CoD style multiplayer (debatable whether pro or con)
Cons:
Smaller play area compared to C1 and Warhead

No more North Koreans, you get to kill Americans (I assume)
Boring aliens
doesn't look as realistic as 2 previous games (debatable)
