Crimson Gem Saga

It pains me to say this, but this game is indeed simple and uninspired. I'm not saying that this game is not worth playing or anything, but to be honest it is bland and nothing special. The game world is bland, the graphics are dull, the characters are uninteresting, the story starts out really boring, overall there's nothing special/innovative in this title.

On the other hand, since PSP really lacks good JRPG(even DS has more), this can actually be considered a playable game and can be quite enjoyable, which actually depends on your preference. If you are the type who prefers more complexity and customization I suggest you go for Mana Khemia instead.

If you don't mind another old school uninspired rpg then you can try and rent this game. Just dont expect it to be even as good as psx classic JRPGs remakes in psp.
