I am so disappointed with Ashes Cricket & I take no pleasure by writing this review in which I am about to say how much I despise this game. Firstly the batting controls are so over simplified (swish to hit) that in order to gain some sort of challenge from the game I resorted to seeing how many consecutive sixes I could hit, after 20 mins of boredom I literally said out loud to myself "why are you playing this game" having given myself of talking to I stopped play and started writing this review. Secondly, the captain of the opposition, Australia in my case, seems to have only picked 2 and half bowlers, when I gave up playing I was 345-3 so far Lee & Johnson have bowled nearly all the 25 overs and Simmons (who didn't play in The Ashes) has bowled about 4 overs. Thirdly, and finally, (I have more complaints but I think if you are reading this you are getting the gist) the bowling is broken, you can bowl three different deliverers normal, fast and slower, really I can't tell the difference and when you get a wicket it feels like pure chance rather than anything you planned. The game might be better on XBOX360 or PS3 so if you want to play it buy it for one of those consoles avoid the Wii version
