Ok, not a perfect sequel. But gives its both precessors and some new features. Perfect for fans.

I think that few people got it like I did. I agree, its not a perfect sequel. In fact, it don't give much more than the others one. Now you can jump in all the maps (feature that I enjoy) and have a new map and 4 new players for this new map.
It picks the features of the Crazy Taxi 2, add the ability of jump and put it on the first map, the second and a new one. It continues with the excelent arcade play, and continues very enjoyable to play. A collectors edition. A less reason to keep the dreamcast (something that will never happen).
My suggestion? Ask yourself. Want to play Crazy Taxi? Like the game? Really like? Get these.
Are you wainting a hole new game? DON'T get it. The dreamcast is dead, this is a great launch, it don't let the crazy taxi die.
I got and enjoyed. The Xbox controller is really great for the game.
