Naughty Dog has left behind the Crash Bandicoot franchise, and it definitely shows with this clinker.

User Rating: 5.5 | Crash Bash PS
Crash Bash isn't exactly a good game. It's not really too awful, either. The minigames, while unoriginal, are well-produced and the graphics are still pretty good. However, the character models look awkward, the animation is jerky, and there's simply not enough fun to go around. Even if you decide to play with multiple people (And there's absolutely no reason to play this game by yourself), the amusement is limited and you find yourself thinking, "What happened to Naughty Dog?". Stick to Mario Party (Which isn't even that good of a franchise itself), kids. Ultimately, the best part of Crash Bash is its box art, and the fact that it blows away its spiritual sequel, Crash Boom Bang! for the DS, out of the water in quality. Ultimately, its final resting place is inside the bargain bin.
