No offence to Gamespot, but they really like the minigames in this Crash/Spyro game? I find them to be a pile of junk.

I've never played Spyro in my life, but I love Crash. I didn't realise this was a Crash and Spyro crossover when I bought the game. Not that I hate Spyro! I mean, how could I say? I've never played it! But I wanted just a Crash game.
With that out of the way, the gameplay in this game looks excactly like N-tranced (if you've never played it don't worry!) which put a smile on my face until I started playing the minigames. You are in this little jungle to start off and have to go through portals you find to unlock the next level. The first minigame I played was one where you ride on the back of Polar the bear who is totally out of control. The only button to use for it is A to jump when a ledge comes up because Polar won't stop. Seems pretty stupid, a bear who just runs off the edge of a cliff. I wished I could just control Polar on my own without all this silly behaviour, but then it wouldn't be a minigame. The thing in games I personally hate is tapping a button repeatedly. Oh-no, this game has got it. I have to try and lift weights for Crunch (see Gamespot gameplay video) by tapping the A. Why don't you just get lost Crunch, I'm tired.
Well, that's basically all there is in this game. Am I just saying all these bad things about it because I was in a bad mood when I wrote it? Fine, I'll rate it a 6 but I think it's just a waste of time.
