This game helped a series that was off to a good start really get popular. Many Improvements were made like better bosses etc. Crash 2 introduced something very major to the series: the power crystal. This game was sort of a "modernization" to the series. The frame rate and graphics were revolutionary for its time. Crash 2 was a milestone for graphics. Possibly the game had the best graphics for the Playstation. You might think the game would have fuzzy graphics; No Way! If your thinking fuzzy graphics you're thinking 70's, 80's and poop from the 90's. This game's graphics are so good that they still not outdated. As I have said, awesome graphics. The Game doesn't take long to finish especially if you're an experienced player doing a speedrun. It will take longer first time through though. There is 25 crystals and 42 gems to collect, and 5 bosses to defeat. Whooh!, that is hard work if you try to do it in a day.(what about the easter eggs?, Nah,
Sound:the game has really good sound, a trait inherited from it's prequel. especially the warp room music and most of the other music. The sound is a little revolutionary but definitely not as much as the graphics.
The Value: You can find it on Amazon for 12 dollars. I think the game is worth more than 12 dollars. Or, you can go to Gamestop and get a Used copy for 7 bucks. This game was more valuable when it was new. (1997)
Conclusion: Even better game, Revolutionary graphics, beats the original, If you can buy it, do so.
