If you want to turn your brain off play this.
Graphics and Environment: Well that cartoon style of graphics is not to bad, the environment is pretty good not outstanding, but for the style it is they are pretty good. The night and day cycle was a nice touch and how the enemies change their behavior or change all together.
Storyline: Well beside the orbs you find, or the commander voice that should cover the story. In short there is no story.
Gameplay: Once you get used to the movement it can be very enjoyable to jump from roof top to roof top. Driving was a little sluggish in response even with better vehicles.
Game Mechanics: There were issues when you're trying to jump you can get stuck on objects, such as a ledge or a sidewalk at times in areas that would not make sense to get stuck on.
MP: I did not check it out, but it looks pretty good.
DLC: Nothing to speak of.
THE PROS: The game can be very fun when you eliminate enemies as your power grows. Running around and exploring the game can have its moments.
THE CONS: No story line to speak of, slight glitches at times when there is a lot of activate in the game, getting stuck on objects that should not stop you.
