Counter-Strike was and is still the most-pleyed online game in the world today. Now, Xbox gamers finally have the chance to experience the wonders of Counter-Strike. Valve did an excellent job of porting the game from the PC to the Xbox, except for some issues, which are really bothersome at times. First of all, Vavle didn't give the graphics a very good makeover which, if they had, may have made the game that much better. The graphics are choppy, but the framerate seems to hold up ok, nevertheless. The sound is also pretty god, but, like the graphics, could have been better. The guns sound very real along with the explosions, footsteps, etc. The gameplay is what makes Counter-Strike one of the best Xbox Live! games around. Unlike other online games such as SOCOM II and ainbow Six 3, both of which are amazing, Counter-Strike is the best pick-up-and-play online game available. The rounds are relatively short, and it's not very hard to get familiar with the controls and actions of your character. furthermore, Counter-Strike for the Xbox is a solid game with excellent online gameplay, but could and would have been much better if Valve had updated the graphics and improved the sound. Either way, any Xbox Live! owner who loves first-person shooters, must try this game!
