After many failed attempts, Sega has finally made a decent next-gen game.

While this game does well as a next gen game, I feel as though it still has a few drops of Old fashioned sega beat em up in it, it reminded me of the classic Streets of Rage, one of my favorite Original Sega Genesis games.

The graphics aren't very impressive, but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt because it was one of the earlier 360 games to debut. The lackluster environment can get you lost very easily, but you do have the benefit of the maps not being too large so you won't get lost for very long.

There is no music, I guess the game dosn't need music, it's gritty enough without adding tunes to it.

The game play is grinding and merciless. While on a chase after a serial killer, you will find yourself beating violence prone street junkies to death with generally whatever you can pry from the walls, and occasionally a fire-arm. This game relies almost entirely on it's gritty fighting but it feels like it comes up short when the junkie bashing becomes constant. The only other thing that is a bit irritating is you constantly walk, which I assume was put in the game in an effort to add to some sort of effect, but I felt it just made it unnecessarily slow paced.

Besides a few glitches, I paid 9 dollars for this game, and I believe if you can find it for 20 dollars or under, it's worth it. Enjoy.
