Now here's a genre that isn't well represented on consoles these days: military strategy games. Currently having a foothold on portable systems (namely Advance Wars), Commanders does everything Advance Wars does on portables...only for 800pts and on an HD TV.

For those unaware of the DS strategy game, Advance Wars has you out on a grid making strategic moves in order to overtake your opponents bases. Building up various units, such as air and ground, couple the strategy. The combat has a rock-paper-scissors feel to it, since some units are better at taking out certain units than others.

That's pretty much all that can be said: You like Advance Wars and have a 360? You probably purchased this already. If you still need a deciding factor, this game isn't Band of Bugs. So, hopefully that will help you out.
