A game that can be rather too horrific at times!
However the game can be very, very scary at times. I havent played games such as Resident Evil or Dead Space.
This is probably the first horror game I played somewhat last year.
To be quite honest with you the game is pretty good, had fantastic sound effects like the new modern games. However the graphics arent as advanced like they are now. Even on the highest resolution 1650x... the game is alright.
But sometimes your in a situation where everything is fine and ok and suddenly something pops up with a huge sound. Your in a room flooded with water from the ship your literally walking, you see a dead body inside the water with blood, you walk around and few seconds later this jumps at you as if its woken up. I've had several heart beatings. Which has discouraged me from playing the game. There are also some very scary monsters and demons that go right after you. If you do not shoot at there skeletonious heads they will not die! So again its not easy aiming at them.
However as for the graphics they are good! Especially for a 2005 class game horror that can easily be played now. It will run on all computers on the highest resolutions today.
The other trouble with the game is you can't save it whenever you like, you gotto complete the chapter, which makes it horrible!!! Because you gotto redo everything and rekill all the scary zombies again! Which is a nightmare..
Personally I think if your on a budget and enjoy horror get this, otherwise stay away before you get a heart attacK!
