The game advertises as an MMO city builder game where trade is necessary and where players can work cooperatively to build amazing structures. It also advertises as allowing for a lot of micro-management and it says it contains ways of morphing your city based on design decisions. All sounds good. Until you actually play.

Playing the game is like getting a present of clothing on Christmas as a child. It's disappointing to an unbelievable degree, namely because it is incomplete. There are many menus in the game that are grayed out and unavailable to be clicked because they have features that are not implemented yet. No Mass Transit, no ways of choosing what type of house building you want to put down, no blueprints (cooperative building attempts), and a trade system that works better on the website than in-game. A single player that gets gimped for the sake of multiplayer. The promise of Expansions with a minuscule price reduction if you pay a subscription fee. Other than that, the economy is ridiculously unstable because people are constantly building and destroying cities. Entire cities of thousands can go bankrupt trying to meet the demands of the upper class or by putting up another police station. The whole situation is ridiculous. Using the system of laying out housing and buildings uses roads that are too small, and cripple your economy because of the traffic that develops. Pollution occurs at way too fast a rate, and pollution has way too heavy an impact on other businesses.

It's insanely difficult to keep citizens happy and that is because the number of leisure buildings for the people is not enough. It's not your fault that the game was released with not enough buildings. And on that note, all leisure buildings cost money to run. Last time I checked, Bowling Alleys were self-sufficient. I know they're French devs and France is pretty socialist, but...

Besides that, there are many resources in the game that everyone builds. Everyone builds office buildings so that Qualified workers (middle class) have a place to work, yet for some reason this is a trade commodity. It's stupid. Workers can be used as trade commodities, waste disposal is a trade, etc. Specializing is really difficult to do. Commodities are not balanced at all and it ruins trading, and the players are too stupid to realize that the game devs set up a minimum price with the NPC buyer, and player still set offers to buy for less. It's honestly a game that should be in alpha.
