I am shocked to see how underrated this game is, most people consider it inferior to FM because it doesn't have the flashy features and all that. These two games shouldn't be compared because they do not target the same type of gamer. CM is the preferred choice for casual gamers who play mostly for fun, while FM is the suited option for those who like in-depth, complex games. Many have bashed CM08 for the fact that it's to easy, that is not true, the level of difficulty is up to the player: if you want a easy game pick a big team and activate the benefactor option which will give you a higher transfer and wage budgets, if you want a tougher challenge you can choose to manage a smaller team without the benefactor option. In my opinion the strong point of this game is the user friendly, simple and easy to use interface that makes the game experience smoother and more satisfying. The game is excellently made and has very few bugs that won't affect you gaming experience in any way, it is very stable and runs great even on weaker machines.
