Championship manager is a terribly boring game that's hard to navigate, and some things about it are just plain dumb.
The game starts you out moving to a team of your choice, you have to answer some very easy questions and thus you are off to start your managing career. There are many things in the game that will confuse you, in fact the whole game is like a big boring confusing menu. Once you get to your first match you will understand why I hate this game. You actually have to wait for half an hour while your team finishes the game. You all you can do is watch the match events fill up the screen for such a long amount of time. Or you can view a bad representation of the match. You can do things like change players, but the whole match screen is so hard to navigate. You'd expect that atleast this game would have a good looking menu, but it doesn't. The whole game looks very poorly done, and a two year old could have picked a better looking menu. And the sound is the same, almost no SFX and no music. In the end the game is a slow moving one, and is extremely boring. It's confusing stupid and has no sound almost at all. There is a better manger mode in the FIFA games even though those are mainly simulations of the actual game. This game is hardly a game and therefore my review for it is short. 2 out of 10.
