Cattails I found to be a beautiful and pretty relaxing roleplaying game. It kind of seems like Stardew Valley but with cats and it kind of is and it is still pretty good! The characters, the graphics, and the overall setting is phenomenal. And the sad beginning to your character really does make you feel emotional. I love all of this but there are a few major problems with the game. The hunting mechanics are garbage, plain and simple. You can be right spot on a piece of prey but for some reason it doesn't register. This also has to do with some of the controls as well, it just feels awkward at times. And also sometimes the game feels way too repetitive and bland, grinding the game feels like a task and trying to get to the story feels like an eternity. But if you find ways to have fun with this game like I did even with these problems this can be a great game that is worth the money. If you like Stardew Valley or even the Warriors Cat book series even this game will be fun for you.
