This is THE best 2D scroller game for the playstation 1 in the world. this game was the turning point for the castlevania series (I think) to make much more fun. The abilities you could use are the best from almost all the castlevania games other than AOS or DOS. This is much more fun than the previous ones and much more fun than most of the gameboy ones, because instead of just using a pathetic whip, you can actually select your weapons, they have different attributes, different looks and so on, this makes the game much more fun and varied from the others. Buy this game, it's worth every penny spent.
