Cartoon Network Racing is a cart racing that features bunch of characters of Cartoon Network including Cow & Chicken, Johnny Bravo, Powerpuff Girls, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Dexter and I Am Weasel. The graphics are cel shaded and they look pretty good. Nothing special, but still decent. Some of the tracks have really good atmosphere like "Saturday Night Fright" that really feels creepy. The tracks have great variety and they are exciting, suprising and nicely designed. They are set in places like old farmhouse, haunted mansion, wild west, laboratory, school and it's yard, harbor near the sea and many, many more. The carts are good to control and it's useful to drift all the corners, because that's how you get the Toon Power bar filled. Once it's full, you can use your character's special power that can be attack (like missiles), defensive (like shields) and turbo. Each team in the game consist of two characters, driver and co-driver. Driver, of course, controls the vehicle (that can be bath tub, a real car, futuristic machine, bath duck, tractor and anything weird) and co-driver launches the missiles and does the attacking stuff. The carts are neat to control, but the feeling of driving fast doesn't provide too good sometimes. When you're using turbo, it feels like it should be using turbo all the time. The musics fit the game really good and the sound effects and the sayings of the characters are top notch. The main tournament mode is fun, but it ends too soon. Of course there are lot of fun multi player modes and even curling with the vehicles (but that mode isn't too interesting). All in all, CN Racing is a criminally underrated fun cart racing game and you can even watch whole cartoons in a cartoon mode in the game!

+ Pros: Good atmosphere in the tracks, lots of characters, good sounds, effective weapons, good track design

- Cons: A few glitches in the graphics, the feeling of going fast doesn't provide enough
