I'm just a little disappointed, but this is a good game.

I love fighting games, even tho I'm not god at them, but there's something that call me every time I see a Capcom VS game, and I love the SNK world, but there's just something off in this game for my taste. There's a great number of characters to choose from and it's a good balance in between the Capcom and the SNK world. The music is very cheesy as a tradition that I noticed and the visuals are a mix bag, but the background is much nicer than the character animation and definition, it feels like they god a older generation character sprites and placed it in a nicer looking new world. I'm not a graphics analyzer but it's fairly noticeable when you see it.
I can't say anything about the XBOX online capability since that's not existent anymore, but I imagine it was nice to be able to play it online. The solo Arcade campaign is quite too easy in the default settings, I was able to beat the game in one play, and with only one character with no replays or continues, and bare in mind again, I'm not the best fighter player.
I don't know, it kinda feels too slap together, even tho you can have a great time with this game, it stills left me with a bad aftertaste, but bare in mind it's 2011 (as I write this review) and my judgment can be a little bias. I'm an oldschooler, so I like this game, try it if you have the chance.
