"Another cool collection from Capcom."

User Rating: 8.2 | Capcom Classics Collection Volume 2 PS2
The first volume was great, and so is this one. All the games seem to be perfect emulations for one thing. The games in this collection are all fun too. Not only that but it features some nice extras. It's a nice mix-bag of games including brawlers, fighters, action, and puzzles. There's a few hits and some lesser-known games here. I think they can be a fun experience for those who haven't played them, not only for classic gaming fans. And of course they look and sound as they are supposed to so nothing flashy for this era. The big deal here might be that Street Fighter is finally emulated to a collection which is a lot of people didn't know existed let alone played. Then there's Super Street Fighter II Turbo which is great except I don't like that it doesn't have regular colors for fighters and no bonus stages. I was also excited it had Captain Commando which is an underrated brawler that plays like Final Fight. Strider is another one that is a classic and it is very difficult. I also suprisingly enjoyed Quiz and Dragons and Block Block, which are 2 I hadn't played before. Other games 1941, Avengers, Black Tiger, Eco Fighters, Knights of the Round, King of Dragons, Last Duel, Mega Twins, Magic Sword, Side Arms, The Speed Rumbler, Strider, Three Wonders, Tiger Road, and Varth. As for extras, they include backstories, art, music, tips, and backstory to the games. There is even a tutorial for Super Street Fighter II Turbo, and since Quiz and Dragons is outdated, since it came out in 1992, Capcom Quiz is an extra featuring questions all things Capcom which is cool. There is also cheats to be unlocked for all of the games that when unlocked, can be accessed via the options menu. Then the best feature about this collection, is that you can save in the middle of a game and you don't have to play the whole thing through, something that should have been included in the first collection. And lastly, the price is only $19.99, which is like paying $1 a game. This should be a collection in every gamers collection.
