COD Ghost Leaderboards Issue!

I can't play w/ any people from my clan who decided to get the XBOX One console next year. My Xbox treats the COD Ghost achievements for the 360, separate from the achievements for the XONE even though they are EXACTLY the same Game, just better graphics. Multiplayer time played and overall score on the 360 carries over to the XONE. The only thing that carries over from one conosole to another is the rank of each of your squad members, the perks purchased and your token balance. Then NONE of your other stats do! So basically rushed to get this game on the 360 to get a head start on the game and leader boards just for nothing.

The same is happening to PS gamers who upgraded from the PS3 to the PS4 version of the game!
