So, after many years of playing this series I have decided it is time to quit. Honestly, this is the first series I think I have ever officially chosen to quit. It's just gotten that bad. I am typically a committed game player but with this episode I just have to side with so many others and call it quits. Don't get me wrong, it has some "good" points but it so often feels like a rehash that you can't get too far in without feeling like you've played it all before.
This game continues to be such a cliché and so cut-and-paste that one can't in good conscience decide to keep playing it. Things have gotten so boring and the series' continuous failure to actually improve on past games makes this game no different than the constant rehashes of EA sports games. Yes, it has gotten that bad.
I really don't have much more to say other than what has already been said by others and by my other reviews. This series won't go away unless we stop playing it and stop paying money for drivel. It's time folks. Just stop.
