Black Ops 2 Hacking?

I have recently made the switch from XBOX to PC gaming. I have logged countless hours playing COD games with a decent K/D- usually around 1.75 or so while on the XBOX. However, since moving over to PC I have noticed an unbelievable amount of "questionable" killcams. I am usually very hesitant to raise the "cheating" flag when playing games because I believe the gaming community is overwhelmingly filled with people who play the game fairly, but my question is: Is hacking or cheating on multiplayer games an issue on the PC?

Note: I recently posted this in the FPS forum but realized it is better suited here. Sorry for the double post.

You get them. Happens quite often and they are easy to spot. Aimbot is the most obvious but most get kicked or ridiculed the whole game.

The cheats I've seen so far are, aimbot, wallhack, permanent UAV.

Its the worse COD to date on the PC as far as hacking is concerned , and that's saying something considering MW2 was notorious. Something about this game is attracting them in droves. I hope the Ban Hammer takes care of business but people are already leaving en masse so it may be too late
