I bought this game under the assumption I'd be able to hunt animals and stock up my cabin with trophies like in the last Cabela's game I played. Imagine how disappointed I was to find I was going to be playing a low-class shooter. This whole game is like 1 level from the worst shooter you can imagine. It took me around 2 hours to complete the game. I was in utter shock when I killed the last monster (yes monster) and I was informed the game was complete. If I had to put a value on what I experienced, I would have to guess it would be around $3.99.... although sales tax would make it over $4 and I don't think this game is worth that. Graphics would be about the best facet of this demo-length game. Weapon selection is disappointing. You'd figure to have a vast assortment of high-power rifles, compound bows, semi-auto shotguns with 3 1/2" slugs, maybe some old double rifles of the African plains... nope... machete, blow darts, a pistol, a shotgun, and a rifle... very blah. Most of the animals are very similar also. Most of what you encounter in this game are similar large felines or bears. If you have any intentions on playing this game (which I would discourage anyway) I would definately RENT it because you'll have beaten it 10 to 20 times by the time its due back at Blockbuster.
