A Next-Gen Hunting Game For Xbox 360, Sounds Good Doesn't It

I seen that this game was coming out on the Xbox 360, and usually I'm not too big on hunting games for consoles, but I thought with Xbox 360's capabilities this could really turn out to be a well made game. I've only played about half the game so far, and I'm kinda split down the middle on whether I like it or not. Graphics are pretty good, but not that crazy sharp good looking picture we all though most so called Next-Gen games would appear in. It has a great package with hunter attributes of endurance, health, etc. that you can raise throughout the game. You can purchase different guns, clothing, scents, tents, and tags for each hunt. Also you can go ice fishing which is a major plus, because originally I had figured the game for just a hunting game. So overall its pretty fun, but there is one thing that totally annoys me. Aiming and shooting is just so stupid. Ok, I got me a 270 Bolt Action Rifle with a Scope mounted on it ready to take this big Caribou with a nasty rack on him. I take aim, just 60 yards out, I got a clear shot. Dead center of crosshairs I put right at his front leg's shoulder and take the shot. And here is the part that just kills me, the bullet drops off and hits the ground by the Caribou. WTF!!!!! I've shot a 270 hundreds of times and it will not drop off at a shot 60 yards out.
