With all the xbox arcade classics being made, Bomberman Live is one that will please hardcore fans of the series from the beginning. This game includes many of the game modes that were featured in previous Bomberman games. The gameplay isn't really different at all, not that it needed improving. This arcade port does a splendid job of delivering a great multiplayer experience allowing hours of entertainment at a time once you get together with a few friends. The graphics aren't bad and they may seem somewhat improved. One thing that seemed to be a problem with the game was the single player mode. There isn't too much to do except fight against the AI which could be challenging at times. There are not any mission modes or a story to the game so you find yourself spending most of your time offline, playing the AI in order to unlock new outfits and clothing for your character. That's a new addition not seen before in the predecessors. With the clothing added in it gives the player the oppurtunity to customize their Bomberman into looking like various characters or just a mix of your favorite character costumes. With all that said , I believe any Bomberman fans would absolutely love this arcade game and shouldn't hesitate to give it a try.
