Almost Perfect..
anyway aside of the bad aspics the features of the game yeah its freeroam alright at the beginning of the game you'll well drop by somewhere on the small city there's NPC's around but not much (the animation of NPC is very bad look) you can talk to them to get information or some NPC selling some illegal drug (for releasing a adrenaline state in temporary time) ,weapons,healths and ammo, but there's also a general shop around (there's 2 major city in the game were has only 1 general store each) where also you can buy some stuffs and weapon upgrades..
[Vehicles]-one of the good features of the game was mountable vehicles ,boats,helicopter, and plane..(yes! sounds awesome) but the land vehicle has very bad handling one small bump to another car then your cars has stopped! you can only survive the car bumping by maximum speed (im not sure how much is that but that's crazy) you can get vehicles by getting to knew them (you'll get it soon as part from mission also the boat,heli's and planes) yeah you need to play missions in order your character learn how to drive,drive a boat and fly,(but you can learn how to drive a boat there's some captain somewhere at the docks well tech you how but it well cost you $$ ) some special cars need special keys to drive it just like the racing car or if you lucky enough there's secret car shop that you can buy them as well as the helicopter (usually you can only ride helicopter and planes during a mission.. thats sucks) every vehicles has its own Gas limits but not to worry there's gasoline all around the map as well as repairing area and aside from these gasoline/repairing area there's a secret small underground that selling expensive ammo/s,weapons, and upgrades this is the best place to preparing for combat missions,..
[Weaponry]-as i mention before you can buy weapon upgrades from NPC,Local shop that can be found in outside of city,and General shop in City,weapon upgrade has level requirement in order to upgrade your weapon,but not to worry that's only for level there's no level requirements like mounting your weapon with scopes, suppressor,and handle for more accuracy,and mounting an extra grenade launcher,(im glad) but i believe you can't see these special upgrade unless you do some missions or it well be available until you found one or buying at secret shops but you can freely upgrade the types of your AMMO anytime,Dual wielding or Akimbo type is part from upgrading just drag and drop to combine the same weapon like Pistols,Uzis to make them Dual (not all weapon can be dual wielding or Akimbo style)
[AI/NPC/relations]- i can't remember how many relations on the game but anyway on the game there's relations functions like you killed police,civilians or anything that governments has connection with then that relations well decreased when that happen if its reach the lower level you well get hated and haunted by that relations lowering other relations well also some relations gets increased like the bandits,mercenaries,local gangs or guerrillas and some Indians..but most NPC or AI behavior was a big mess sometimes there's a glitch that they can see you shot you anywhere they even shot through walls with great distance!(that's very bad) especially in some missions that you need to save someone they sudden got killed or missions failed *lol*
[General- aside part of features your characters gaining weight's you cannot carry more items and weapons unless you level up everytime you level up an weight-limit well increase by little but yeah! you can be commando here you can put your items,weapons at the back of your very own stolen? or buyed car with no weight-limit (thats good for the game unrealistically ) you can put anything including rocket launcher,bazooka!any amount that you want and health oh and by the way when your character died you sudden wake up at hospital your doctor seems confiscated some of items,weapons and cash! you can kill this guy if you want to revenge and take some of his stuff but probably you won't get what you've lost...
-okay i guess that's all for now i give the game for 6.0 aside of its many bad critics and failure! its waste the game was good gameplay but sadly full of countless bugs if you like RPS games even good old RPS i suggest don't waste your $$ for this game (no offense) but its true..
