This game is quite amazing and worth buying but in terms of how long it last you should look elsewhere

Story: the story is about the soulreapers fight with the arrancars which made for an interesting story however it is short and the only reason to return to the story after you beat it is to get the s rank on all the missions
Gameplay: this game definately shines gameplay wise all the characters are built with the own special moves and abilities. The list of characters is small but forgivable due to the detail they put into each one. The main compliant I have with the gameplay is that it starts to get repetitive after awhile this is becuase the amount of stages to play on are too few.
Overall: if you are a fan of bleach it will definatly enjoy the attention to detial in each of the characters however it will prove annoying and repetitve to anybody else it is still worth the money but it doesn't hold up very long
