Never gets old

Just as fun as it was years ago. I still hum the level music for the first level perfectly and haven't played it in years until last week. The graphics were very sharp for the NES and still hold up well (if u don't think so WTF are u doing playing a classic game; go play some MW2 you sheep) and the music is old school greatness. Game plays kind of like a Zelda by which you hunt around for power-ups for your tank by leaving it and entering a little maze with Jason. You then kill the boss and grab your new equipment. Completely awesome. I know what you are thinking but believe me that kicked butt back in the 80's. Alright I'll admit some of the levels are less inspired than others (level 2 not so hot) but overall you will truly enjoy wondering around looking for the correct entrance for the boss and make no mistake you will wander around a level. The levels are pretty big, not huge (come on guys, it was a 8-bit game) and once you find a spot where Jason can enter it might be one of a dozen scattered throughout the level, no guarantee its the right one. Then once you kill the boss you then have to find your way out of the current level. Usually it will take the current item you just received such as the hover ability or a power-up for your tank gun. This old school at its best.
