Works pretty well, luckily Lego learns from their mistakes

User Rating: 5.5 | Bionicle GC
One reason why I'm attached to this game is that I was a fan of Legos when I was younger and Bionicle was my favorite Lego series. So far, they have made two major console video games. This one is okay. The problem with it is that there are a couple of problems, which include issues like poor camera control and a lack of variety. There are some things that will keep you from not trying this game out.

Bionicle follows the story of a group of powerful beings known as the Toa, who fight the evil Makuta to awaken the great spirit of their island home, Mata Nui. This game follows the Toa and their battles against the Bohrok, the Bohrok Kal, the Rahkshi, and the Toa of Light's battle with Makuta.

You play as all six Toa, but there is one problem with this. You play as two of their Toa in their original Toa form, but for the rest of the game, you play as the Toa Nuva. You don't play as four of the Toa in their original state and you don't play as the Toa of Ice as a Toa Nuva. They should've have enough levels which would allow the player to play as all 6 Toa in both their original and Nuva forms.

The second problem comes with the camera control. This seems to be a problem with a lot of games in that the camera control is awful. To be honest, I'm kind of fine with it. The major problem with me is the game's gameplay. It is too repetitive, with the only differences in variety include the levels where you are sliding down the mountain on skis or surfing lava. The graphics are also rather bad.

There are a couple of problems with this game, but I think that the creators of the game did a decent job in making this game.
