Battlefield Heroes is obviously a game for a younger crowd. The Battlefield makers were trying to make a less serious and more fun and simple game or somthing. But for me the game was just plain boring, it was pretty much like any other online shooter, and had nothing that made it stand out. Although i am sure younger kids would have a blast playing this game. Also the games cartooney graphics i know was to appeal to different crowds, but it just kind of took away the war in war for me. I want to play a WW2 shooter because its WW2! Gritty and intense and exciting. Although yet again i know this game wasnt trying to be very serious, it was just trying to appeal to different gamers. The game has good has the same main good ideas that made the battlefield games great, but it waters them down by putting in and taking out different stuff. I played the game for maybe 3 hours and immediatley became uniterested. It just seamed too familiar. Like i said it came out to be just like any other online shooter game.Which there are many of, and if i want to play one why this. It had nothing that stands out whatsoever. And once again if i want a battlefield style game why not just get 2 or 1942. Welli would not reccomend this game for older crowds, or those who want more serious and gritty war games or shooter. Although anyone just looking to keep themselves occupied for a bit might want to try this game out. Or or if you have a little brother, or a kid who is anywhere around 7-12 then it might keep them happy for a little while.
