Battle Fantasia is a fighting game made from the creators of Guilty Gear. The fighting (the controls) are basically similar to games like Street Fighter and such. The game's story mode is somewhat entertaining but can be really boring at times. The whole story mode is told with text and is unique to each character (meaning that the ending is different for each character but it's kind of the same ending as other fighters) The character roster is also kind of small. With only 12 characters, it seems a little underwhelming but for Fighting game veterans, it should be just right. The game's musical score is pretty good and entertaining. Also, some of the dialogue is also very funny and charming but the only problem is that it's in japanese and only japanese. The characters talk even though the story is told with text but the voices are only in japanese which kind of shows a sign of laziness. Overall, Battle Fantasia is great fighting game but I only recommend it to fighting game buffs, if you aren't into fighting games that much but want to try this one out, I'd suggest to rent it.
