Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, is one of the best animated Batman movies ever. Too bad the game fails to share such glory. It's the basic story, you play as Batman, and you stop the Joker......honestly thats about all there is too it. You can do a few cool things like glide around, and some of his little bat-gadgets are neat, but otherwise its a short, boring, waste of time that repeats itself. The bosses have like two attacks and the enemies are too easy to kill. The stages are few in amount, and are just pretty much straight corridors with no real insight. There's no vocal noise either. I don't expect an N64 game to have a full vocal crew, but when someone gets clawed in the face you expect a grunt. There really is not much more to say other than that this is not God's gift to Batman games.
