A raw deal! Not the game, the "pundi'ts" opinions!

What's up? I've not done too many of these reviews because I don't have time. But this time I had to force myself to create time.......the reason? I'm sick and tired of game media pundits cracking on games like this because it's not "ideal" for the hard core or mature gamer. I clearly think in a different context this game would have scored higher with the "pundits"..........take a look at reviews from peeps like Maxim magazine...........they score it high........why? Because their reviews are written for a more casual audience. In that context this game is way above average. While it's not without it's issues "WHO CARES" IT IS FUN! ...........and it looks great. I've stopped several times and "gawked" at the environments with pleasure. It just looks awesome. Lighting. Realtime shadows, higher rez character models than I've seen in other titles. Is it linear? Yes! But once again, who cares! It's still cool and fun to play. If you are like me and have limited time to play games.........it's awesome. I don't want to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out what I'ms supposed to do next when I would rather just move on. Voice acting? Strong and really makes the movie experience more "experiential" I also like the extras concept. They have behind the scenes movies about the making of the game with the talent from the movie and the developers. Cool! Once again, this game is "underrated" by the pundits because they are writing for an audience who's genarally "hard core" and looking for a deeper gaming experience. I am of the opinion that in the right context, Batman Begins is an awesome game. Hope this helps you! Enjoy!
