This game is hideous!

I hate this game with a passion, although it was among the first games for the ps-one to have well developed 3D graphics, the constant loading (which took 2 to 3 minutes each time) choppy cut scenes that zoom in on your player catching the ball, and the fact that the players have no faces disgusts me.

Besides the graphics having issues, the menu navigation is too complex for something that should be much more simplistic. The game also lacks variety in stadium selection, which is to be expected as other games in the past had very few stadiums to choose from.

The game makers also decided it would be nice to take the ‘best’ pitcher at the time of this games release, Hideo Nomo, and make him not eligible for trade, I think this was a dumb move. (Unless they did it because the MLB would not allow it)

This game made me not want to pick up another baseball game for almost 7 years.
