I've got this game, despite the critics, and it's pretty much what I'd thought it would be - a simple simulation of a B-17 bomber campaign. There are certainly better versions of this sort of game on the PC, but for what it is it's rather fun. It is repetitive to some degree, but if you want something fairly simple and mindless to pass the time, it's worth the $20 price tag. This game is certainly better than the generally awful "Freedom Wings", which has much more going on but which is a lot less fun to play.
The game definitely does not deserve a score of 4, and most actual users have rated it much higher. I'd rate it as something between a 7 and 8.
