This game is cute as can be, but even that can't make a game alone.

I have to say, I'll be making this review a little short. Normally I go by writing a point system but I don't want to go with that style for this game.

The point is simple, you're doing an alchemy and city building simulation. You fight to gather materials to synthesize items as quests for people all over the island. You're also trying to build a town itself on the island. The game is dirt simple, but I think it's impossible to do everything on the first try. You definately will want to try and play this game a few seperate times, just to be able to fight all the different monsters hidden on the island, while trying to micro manage all the little things the people need to make it through the year.

The game and it's characters are pretty cute as a stand alone. The story is full of quirky characters that make you giggle. But after awhile it can get annoying when you're in a hurry to make new items, and every building you enter you encounter a little side humor. But all in all it's tolerable.

The game is also surprisingly fast, which is why I recommend 2 or 3 tries if you want to see/fight/create is all. So standing in line at the bank or taking a mini trip in the car makes the game worth it. But it's real lack in depth made it a drag. I'll still play it a few times more lol.
