The biggest asset of this game is that it allows you to understand Altair's history to the fullest...

User Rating: 7.5 | Assassin's Creed: Revelations PC
After the much improved Assassins Creed 2 Ubisoft made Brotherhood whilist a good game it lacked the spark of the predesscor despite having multiplayer in. So Assassins Creed Revelations is the third chapter in Ezio Auditores tale.

Story

Well it kinda revolves around the connections with the previous Assassin Altair and some apple as well and to what it means.

Gameplay

The game basically seems to follow the same type of mission structure as Brotherhood where you can acquire other Assassins to give you support when you need it. The best times with Revelations are the platforming sequences and the Assassination sequences but some take to long to get too.

Also the missions range from not that interesting to just dull and uninteresting. For example one you have to dress up and locate certain killers while playing some musical instrument. Also some of the later enemies can be tough to tackle as well. There's not much here that you didn't see before really.

The multiplayer well it's not my type of thing and it's also a bad thing considering the game is shorter than the 2 previous installments.

This game was supposed to be a continuation of Brotherhood in that it was the same main character and the same type of game play. The differences were that the city changed, your character was older and supposedly better at fighting, and your enemy's had some new weapons. There were 3 main disappointments. First, the free running was exactly the same, although it was a little better because of the hooks you got to use (even though they were limited in the situations where they helped). Second, the fighting style was the same. Third, the weapons were somewhat different but lacked variety. Where Revelations fell short of Brotherhood was in the country and city switching.
