Dogs. No assassin yet has had to out smart a dog. We all know that through out history people have used dogs to both be friends and gaurds. So I for one would love to see them appear in a game for us as the assassin to out fox.

Something I would like to see in a future Assassins Creed? Hmm. Probably a modern setting. I know it sort of detracts from the overall setting, but think about it. Being an assassin with the gameplay of assassins creed in a modern city could be immense. It would be original as well wouldn't it? I don't recall a game where you're an assassin in a city. At least not like Ezio, Altair, Connor etc. I guess that would only work depending on how 3 ends. Nonetheless, modern style assassination weapons in a large free roam city would be awesome.

I don't know if a want to see a Modern era (21th century) Assassins Creed game... is a danger that may end up been *Splinter Cell*. No sure how Ubisoft is going to do that without killing the game.

Dogs will be a nice extra for the game I guess.:D

I would like more indoors stuff. Would be cool if you could enter all of the buildings you run ontop of.

Dogs will be in ACIII. But I don't know if domesticated dogs will be a possible foe that we have have to contend with. I know wolves will be hostile in ACIII, and they are a kind of dog. So you kind of have your wish. What I want to see in a future AC is online co-op that is similar to the single-player game. This what-if co-op will feature missions from multiple points in time from all around the world. We can choose our own race of assassin, their garb, weapons, abilities, etc.

You can kill domesticated dogs, but I'll show you a warning saying, "Your ancestor did not kill domestic animals" and you'll risk desynchronation.

While playing this morning, I got a message that said something along the lines of, "Be careful, some guard dogs can sense your presence and will alert guards to your position if detected."

So there ya go.

Modern AC 'could' be great. Maybe set in the near or not so near future. The problem I've always thought about with a modern/future AC is guns. Like people have commented it would seem to much like other games that have been out. So maybe in the near future The Templars have tried to eliminate firearms to help maintain control???
