I write this review on Brotherhood because it was the last of this series that I played, and it will always be the last. I've seen this time after time, in the first, in the second, and now in this one. The trailer was beautiful, it convinced me to give it one last shot, but Ubisoft failed me again. The game, while fun for a couple hours, is a complete drag. The same tasks are assigned to Ezio over and over again. Then they add this boy to the game who has a connection with our main character, and you would have to play out scenes with him before unlocking more memories to live. I admit, I give this company props for trying to spice things up a bit for fans who were getting bored, but changing the character and assigning the same tasks again doesn't make me any less tired of the cycle. For every memory or quest, there is a different goal yes, but they're all reached by the same means. The game absolutely drives me crazy, and it would be ridiculous for me to go out and pay 60 dollars of my hard earned money for exact replicas of the same game with a small upgrade in the graphics like Revelations or the upcoming Creed 3. If Ubisoft were in the business of putting people to sleep, I'd give this game a 10. But since they're in the business of gaming, I'll give it a 7 because it honestly gave me some good fun, for about 120 minutes.
