It has almost everything it needs to become an incredible game, unfortunately almost everything was implemented poorly.

The game starts of like most other games, a quick tutorial to show you the ropes. And the first level looks great, but after the first 20 minutes of game play you will notice all the problems; glitchy backgrounds, bugged enemies (you can kill an enemy right in front of another enemy and he wont do anything), bad target system (the camera targets whats in front of you, to target someone below or above you, you have to manually shift the camera) and not very balanced rooftop controls (in other words, when you try to jump to a certain location you will either A- fall off the ledge, B- Altair will fall to the ledge, or C- you will jump to another location or spot). But I'm not here to bash on the game, most of the times you wont notice these things unless your in trouble or running away from enemies, and also, the game can get quite interesting and fun. Another one the cool parts is the fighting parts, its all about strategy, block and attack, or create a combo that will drop your enemy in a second, or go for the classic Assassin's Creed formula, sneak up and kill and walk away like nothing happened. Unfortunately you'll be having fun like this for about 4 to 5 hours before the game is over, and the last level isn't really a fitting end boss fight. This Game deserves better then a 5.5 but I also don't think it deserves anything above an 8 for its lack of substance.
