The website doesn't offer any information about Phoenix Point, but it does feature the image above, showcasing what appears to be the profile of a face and some other mysterious elements.

Phoenix Point is in development at Snapshot Games, founded in 2013 by Gollop and industry veteran David Kaye. The studio's first game was Chaos Reborn, a sequel to Gollop's 1985 turn-based tactics game Chaos. This game was successfully funded on Kickstarter in April 2014.

Snapshot has not said yet if it plans to also launch a crowdfunding campaign for Phoenix Point. We will have more details on Phoenix Point as they are made available.

The latest XCOM game, meanwhile, is XCOM 2 from Firaxis Games. The game's first expansion, Anarchy's Children, arrived on March 17, introducing more than 100 new customization options and more.
