Animated show pokes fun at gamers raging on about next-generation platform superiority.
With the PlayStation 4 release less than 24 hours away, the debate about superiority between PS4 and Xbox One is likely to reach new levels of heated argument. This debate boiled over to the latest episode of South Park, "Black Friday," which poked fun at some of the arguments gamers are making for and against the next-generation systems.

Creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone even weighed in on the Xbox One vs. PS4 debate at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in June. Asked which platform he would buy this holiday, Parker, replying for himself and Stone, said, "Both. We're rich. We don't have that problem."
South Park is no stranger to video game parodies, having dedicated an entire episode to World of Warcraft in 2006. Stone and Parker are also collaborating with Obsidian Entertainment on South Park: The Stick of Truth, which will be released in March 2014 for current-generation consoles and PC.
