Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios have announced that Neverwinter will be available on March 31 for the Xbox One. The free-to-play massively multiplayer online role-playing game will incorporate all content from the base game, as well as the Tyranny of Dragons and Scourge Warlock expansions. This includes all playable classes currently available for the PC version.

Those who wish to play Neverwinter will need an Xbox Live Gold subscription. The Xbox One version will also feature integration with the friends list.

The game is based on the Dungeons & Dragons Universe, and was first released for PC in 2013. Last year publisher Perfect World said that the game was "coming to consoles, starting with Xbox One," suggesting that a PlayStation 4 version can be expected at some point.

Neverwinter was released to positive reception when it first launched on PC. For more on what GameSpot had to say about the game, check out our review.
