Xbox exec responds to $399 Xbox One rumor
Chief of Staff for Devices and Studios Group at Microsoft said that you shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet.

"No, you cannot believe everything you read on the internet," Chief of Staff for Devices and Studios Group at Microsoft Aaron Greenberg said on twitter when asked about the rumor that Microsoft will drop the price on Xbox One to $399.
The rumor about the lower price point came out of a NeoGaf thread that supposedly leaked a lot of Microsoft's plans for the future. It suggested that the company is working on releasing a white Xbox One console, that Halo 5 will be coming in 2015 while Halo 2 Anniversary will be released this year, and that Crackdown 3 is going to be announced at E3 2014.
The news was then corroborated by a couple of sources.
When GameSpot last contacted Microsoft, it said that it does not comment on rumor and speculation.
No matter if the leak is true or not, Microsoft recently announced that you can get an Xbox One for $399 if you trade in your PlayStation 3 at a Microsoft store.
