@sgt_F79 @spectreSE7EN I know, I thought the same thing when I first read it, and then I noticed the "Windows Blogger". He might be right. I think it is a bad move by M$ if they go this way because many will jump ship to PS4. I'm not loyal to either brand because I enjoy games on both PS3 and 360 since I own both, but I really want the console war to be a tight race because we all benefit when competition is tough. Sony would have a considerable edge if MS confirms the rumors to be true.

@sgt_F79 @spectreSE7EN Yes, I read that already. "Windows Blogger" He's not an official MS employee or representative. He's an "insider" He doesn't work for them. Sony Insiders also said they were going to block used games. Until an actual MS employee makes an official announcement, everything is speculation.

@sgt_F79 @spectreSE7EN Well, you might want to wait until the facts are on the table. So far, all we have is rumor and speculation. MS hasn't revealed any official details about their console. Before Sony made their announcement several weeks ago, there were rumors that they were going to block used games on the PS4. Since their announcement, they denied those rumors. MS hasn't confirmed or denied anything. We'll see.

Obviously prices vary but to have current tech you need to update. And current tech is the PC gamers argument.

I said update. Not replace. At the very least need a new graphics else you have three year old tech. My point is PC's don't update automatically. They age just like consoles.

I'm not talking about some POS computer with average specs. Most machines that you buy for $500 bucks don't always have top of line parts. I am talking about maxed out specs for what is needed to get the most out of the newest games, because that is what PC gamers always brag about. "Have fun with your 5 year old tech, hahaha" If you bought your PC five years ago and haven't upgraded it, then your crap is 5 years old too. Unless you have the new automatically hardware updating computer.

my internet sucks . 512kbs and only 6 GB of traffic in a month . so this is making my choice so easy , i'll get PS4 :)

but i'll wait until 2015 for price drop , my xbox 360 would support me until 2015. as long as they make new games for it .

@Crazyboy272 Sony needs to grow some major balls in its messaging.....go after Microsoft. Point out how they CHARGE for their base online multiplaying, clutter their interface with ads, put profit over giving the gamer a better experience.....Bring it to them. Sony's problem has always been they become spoiled in thier lack of competition or taking for granted that they need to push hard for our dollars. With PS1 and PS2 they had no competition and they got complacent in the US. Wake up Sony and bring the hurt to the competition.

Sony tried branding itself as the do everything machine last round and thought it could charge as much as they wanted. Microsoft is in danger of making its functionality too broad this time. I'm so glad Sony has learned and is staying on message.......GAMES, GAMES, GAMES.

I don't think people realize the only reason Sony "lost" this time and not by much is that it let its message get lost in the US. Sony still has the sales advantage in every other market.

I love how everyone is trying to make prediction about Xbox based off of rumors. Sony hasn't even shown their system, and MS had a bad tweet and a few rumors and the console race has been decided?!?! Call me old fashion but I'm going to wait until I see what both companies are working with and then talk shit about them. That way when I say it will be, well I don't know "true".

The main reason I love my Xbox is for the controllers. If they don't **** that up, have competitive specs, and don't go overboard with all the social/media crap, I'll probably buy another Xbox.

we have been buying sony tvs since the last 20 years. I have got two sony 40" leds and a vaio recently but I would say the next-gen xbox would be leaps and bounds ahead of ps4.

One one word comes to mind,

It doesn't matter which console or system is the best, i loved my xbox and i love my 360.

So come the 21st, show me my new console and let the good times roll! :D

All I want is to be able to play a plethora of games with decent graphics at a reasonable price, social apps and integration doesn't interest me in the slightest.
