X-Men: Mutant Academy is Activision's X-Men fighting game. The game, which was originally to be developed by Syrox, is now being put together by Paradox Development, the house responsible for Thrill Kill, and more recently, Activision's Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style. The game is your basic six-button, one-plane fighting game, complete with special attacks, combos, and super moves. Characters will have multiple costumes, including their standard X-Men comic book look and the new costumes used in the upcoming X-Men movie.

Look for a newly updated full preview soon. In the meantime, check out these screens and movies.
