The competition at two upcoming World Series of Video Games events is certain to be very fierce. But two particular competitions in particular could get downright catty. The WSVG has announced that it will hold regional competitions for the Miss World Series of Video Games finals being held later this year in California. The crowned winner will receive $1000, a contract to appear at all the WSVG events in 2007, and will be featured in an upcoming game. Regional winners will take home $500 and be flown, all expenses paid, to the finals. Currently, regionals have been planned for this month's LANWAR 2006 in Louisville, Kentucky, and July's CPL Summer Championships in Grapevine, Texas. At each WSVG tour stop, a group of models will be selected to compete, and their pictures will be posted on the Web. To see some of the contestants or sign up, check out the WSVG Web site.
