World in Conflict gets Aussie preorder package
Bonus DVD, July beta access for Aussie preorders for World in Conflict.
World in Conflict, the upcoming real-time strategy game from Massive Entertainment, is offering some preorder sweeteners for gamers down under. As well as nabbing themselves a copy of World in Conflict, Aussies who preorder the game before its September 2007 release will receive a bonus DVD, early online sign-up privileges, and more.
The bonus DVD will be Modern Marvels: Strategic Air Command, a documentary from The History Channel detailing the history of the US Strategic Air Command organisation. Other preorder bonuses will include access to another beta event for the game scheduled in July, bonus multiplayer maps for the beta event and the demo, and the ability to secure an online name before the game's mass release. More details--including participating retailers--can be found on the official preorder Web site.
World in Conflict will be released in Australia in September 2007 and will retail for A$89.95.
