Wizard With A Gun Demo Now Available, New Trailer Shows Off Gritty Gunslinger Action

Wizard With A Gun developer Galvanic Games has unveiled a new look at its upcoming title during the Devolver Digital showcase, and has also released a single-player demo that is now available on PC via Steam. This demo provides a small but substantial slice of the game to explore and starts right from the beginning of your little wizard's arrival in The Shatter, a realm that has been twisted by chaotic forces.

If you want to survive, you'll need to collect resources, build a tower, equip it with some handy gadgets, and push back against the dark forces that stand in your way. You'll be able to explore the starting biome in the demo, The Imperium, and you'll be able to take on the first boss. If you're feeling brave, you can keep exploring The Imperium and experiment with higher-level loot dropped by downed Gunslingers.

Revealed back in 2021, Wizard With A Gun was partly inspired by the popular meme of the wizard Gandalf from The Lord of the Rings holding an AK-47. An online co-op sandbox survival game set inside of a magical wilderness, the game combines randomly generated biomes with magical weapon customization. You'll be able to carefully design weapons, bullets, and furnishings for your tower home in the full game when it arrives. There's also a fashionable side to dive into, as Wizard With A Gun will allow you to outfit your Western-style wizard gunslingers with functional and stylish costumes.
